A RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION ADDITION

Hi,

What I'm thinking here is you add an NPC to the event platform, call it a Prop Master or something of the sort, and allow players to trade things like Denimite, Leather, etc, for event currency.Something I've wondered and wanted to suggest for the monthly Residential Renovation - Why not use this new event to help stabilize some markets that have flatlined for quite a while now?

Please help.
